When you contact a client through our chat, forms, SMS, WhatsApp or email, we process your name, contact details, messages and property preferences only to respond to your inquiry and pass it to that client.

We do not sell personal information. Messages may be processed by AI service providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) solely to generate replies. Text STOP or use the unsubscribe link at any time to opt out. To request deletion, email contact@xenengineering.com.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
